Participants interested in presenting their recent work, either through an oral or a poster presentation, must submit an abstract. The abstract should be written in English, approximately 5000 characters (with spaces), including one figure, and the authors should choose at least one topic from the list of topics the symposium is addressing. The submission should be made through the Conference Tool, completing the submission form that requires the text of the abstract in plain text, as well as in an editable file format. Please use this template for the abstract format.
Abstract submission was possible until 28 February 2023. The abstracts will go through a standard peer review process to evaluate their relevance and scientific merit, for inclusion in the Symposium program. Authors will be notified by March 15, 2023, on the result of the peer review process. This could request the modification of the abstract by the author(s) and/or suggestion for changing the presentation type from oral to poster, or vice versa, prior to the final decision for acceptance.
